Termination of Membership of ACCPH
We will be sorry to see you go but we accept that people may outgrow us or leave the profession so no longer require membership. ACCPH wishes you a happy future and hopes you are successful in whatever you will be doing.
So long as you have left of your own volition ACCPH will welcome you back at anytime in the future should you need to become a member again.
Please make sure you follow the instructions below if you are terminating your membership of ACCPH.
All members wishing to terminate their membership are responsible for cancelling their PayPal recurring payments. Continued payment shall be deemed to indicate a wish to continue membership. Payment for membership shall be an automatic PayPal for one year in advance. This is non-refundable, so any member terminating membership is not entitled to a pro-rata refund of membership fees. We do not accept any other form of payment.
If you cancel your recurring payments and then wish to continue with your membership you will have to rejoin ACCPH from scratch.
All membership privileges will automatically cease where subscriptions are not paid within one calendar month of falling due.
All members terminating their membership must return their annual membership certificates, (even if out of date). They must remove all ACCPH logos from their websites, social media, letterheads and all other mediums. Failure to do so will result in us taking further action against you.
Termination of membership by ACCPH for professional reasons is in accordance with our Code of Ethics and Complaints Procedure.
Please remember that membership is completely at the discretion of ACCPH and may be declined or terminated by us at any time.
